What we collect

The name, email address and phone number you submit on our pages: when you register for an event, request a resource, answer a question during a live session or book a call.

How we use it

  • To send you joining details and reminders for the event you registered for.
  • For the primary purpose of communicating with you and marketing our services.
  • By submitting your details, you consent to receive the briefing or training you asked for and related updates, in line with these terms and this policy.

Selling and sharing

We do not sell your information.

How this site handles it

Plain facts about how these pages work today:

  • Form details are stored in our own leads database and passed to the CRM our team uses to contact you.
  • Card payments are taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; Stripe sends us your name, email, phone and the amount so we can confirm your purchase.
  • Calls are booked through iClosed, which receives the details you enter in the calendar.

Cookies and tracking

These pages load the tracking set in our admin panel (Google Tag Manager and advertising pixels) and keep the details of the ad you clicked for your visit, so we can tell which ads bring people in. A full cookie notice has not been written yet.

Removing your data

You can ask to have your data removed at any time by contacting the team at support@5dacquisition.com.
